We provide nucleic acid rapid extraction reagent, which can complete the nucleic acid release process in about 5 minutes. The package is 2ml / tube, 50 testst/kit. Swabs and transfer bags are available according to your needs.
The operation process is:
1. Swab
Use a special sampling swab to wipe the posterior pharyngeal wall and tonsils on both sides with moderate force, avoid touching the tongue; quickly put the swab into the “Rapid Nucleic Acid Extraction Reagent” sampling tube, break the swab near the top, and tighten the tube cover.
2. Extraction operation
Treat the above swab samples at 95 ℃ for 3 minutes , and mix them with vortex, the solution can be directly used as a template for subsequent PCR amplification.
